DVD files: 127 hours, coming to UK DVD and Blu-Ray on June 6

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment have provided Hollywood with news information for its next version of the UK DVD and Blu-Ray for 127 hours, reaching home formats June 6, 2011.

Directed by Oscar ® winner Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, Trainspotting), and an adaptation of the real story Between a rock and a hard place, the masterpiece critically acclaimed 127 Hours finds its way onto Blu-ray and DVD on 6 June 2011 Pathé Productions Ltd.

The film received six Oscar ® nominations, including Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Actor, and was also nominated for seven BAFTA ® awards.

Golden Globe ® winning actor James Franco (Milk, Spiderman) plays Aron Ralston, an extreme sports enthusiast who enjoys nothing more than the exploration of its natural environment and pushing the body to the limit. A weekend that will canyoning in the beautiful and remote Blue John Canyon in Utah to do what he likes, but without telling anyone where he goes, and leaving behind his mobile phone ...

Aron is in the midst of an escalation of routine when suddenly a stone falls just above it crashing into the arm and left him in solitude trapped inside a dark canyon, isolated.
