hollywoodnews.com: It may be hard times for "Rush Hour" actor and comedian Chris Tucker. Sun Trust Bank filed papers against the actor with Lake County, Florida courts this week, according to records. Tucker's mansion is in the beginning stages of forclosure.
In 2007, the mansion's price tag was $6 million; but the current market value is assessed at $1.6 million given the market downturn that occurred in the meantime. So, what does Tucker owe? Some $4.4 million, according to the bank. The interior of the home measures some 10,000 square feet and is located in a prestigious golf links community with a number of neighboring large-lot estates.
Tucker is most known as half of the "Rush Hour" duo, which he played alongside Jackie Chan through an original and two sequels. However, after "Rush Hour 3" (2007), Tucker retreated to relative obscurity.
